Maureen Salloom

Senior Program Officer – Arizona

Maureen Salloom joined the Trust in 2022, bringing 17 years of experience developing partnerships and relationships within Arizona’s nonprofit community. Most recently, she was the senior strategic partnerships representative at Arizona Public Service, the state’s largest utility, where she managed the execution and tracking of strategic community programs, events and partnerships. Prior to APS, Maureen held positions in the nonprofit sector, including at Arizona State University, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

Originally from Texas, Maureen earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication and a Master of Science in recreation and tourism from ASU. She is a graduate of the Arizona Forward Emerging Leaders Class of 2022 and serves on the board of directors of Friendly House and Children’s Cancer Network. In her new role, Maureen focuses on grantmaking within the Trust’s Helping People in Need and Protecting Animals priority areas and manages the Nina Mason Pulliam Legacy Scholars program at Maricopa Community Colleges.
